Lift Lab Yoga & Mobility is designed for those looking to target mobility in the hips, shoulders and feet/ankles with an overall emphasis on breath mechanics to enhance core stability and control.
If you want your body to be stable, you have to know how and when to breath. Movements in class will often be coordinated with breath to create stability and in some cases a deeper stretch. During class you will learn to move in and out of your range of motion with control.
Typically the last 10 minutes of class at Lift Lab includes some static stretches with breathwork that helps to bring your mind and body to a more parasympathetic (rest/digest) state.
