Dan German, MS CSCS, has been in the strength and conditioning industry since 2010. A former collegiate rower at Purdue University, Dan is one of the Lift Lab’s resident left ventricle athletes (cardio-machine). Dan consults with high school, collegiate, and high performance club rowing programs across the country.
Despite his lanky, bird-like limbs, and 6’6″ frame, he still manages to pursue ambitious Olympic lifting goals. You can find Dan in the LiftLab, on any day of the week, rocking his man bun and working with athletes of all backgrounds. His seriously goofy attitude toward training is refreshing and yields noticeable results for individuals at all levels.
