Our newest location, Lift Lab North, opened in Westfield on May 21. We’re thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community, and we’re excited to provide you a second location with all of the same, great coaching and programming.
We have several programs that will meet you at any point in your fitness journey, whether you’ve been lifting all of your life or whether you’ve newly decided to get off the couch and don’t have a clue what anything is called–much less how to use it!

FITNESS: This is high intensity interval training (HIIT) provided in a class format. All you have to do to get a great workout is walk in the door–we take care of the rest!
WEIGHTLIFTING: Have you ever wanted to focus on the Olympic lifts like the snatch and the clean and jerk? This program features our National-caliber coaches who will help you get better technique and lift more!
PERSONAL TRAINING: Lift Lab’s Personal Training Program offers individualized workouts in one of our state-of-the-art facilities. Our motivational trainers can help you lose fat, rehab an injury, change your physique, increase speed, agility, and endurance, or just make you into an even better weekend warrior.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE: Lift Lab Semi-Private training is small group customized training. Each athlete is afforded their own 100% customized program. The athlete to coach ratio is 4:1. Semi-Private coaching allows you to have a customized program that individually fits your needs, but also offers the support of a team atmosphere.
